I got some black paint the other day because I wanted to experiment with it. I wanted to see its behavior on the skin and light. This is one of a few experiment shots I took, inspired by the great =mehmeturgut whose work I admire so much.
Also I want to say a big big thanks to Michael Helms =Pelicanh for helping me with the post processing but especially for the long hours he puts up with me and my dorkiness

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
