Conceptual work developped in 2005 for college.
 Briefing CD Cover design for the single "Angels" by the band Winthin Temptation. Client Within Temptation Concept and guidelines Searching for a more conceptual language I opted by creating a mystic atmosphere through symbols and fading elements instead of working on Angels as we all "see" them. Taking the music of the band as main inspiration, I designed the cover using mainly grungy/ scratched/ dirty elements and fusing them with the delicacy and purity of the model. ( Just like Sharon's voice combined with the heavy metal music ) On the cover, only her wings can be seen, but as you take the cd and unfold the booklet, you have access to the whole photo. On the opposite side there are the lyrics to the songs. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
